- Warranty period starts on the date of purchase, as indicated on the official receipt or invoice

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

- Tampered or missing warranty sticker or serial number

- Normal wear and tear, or issues arising from software corruption or viruses
- Any product used for mining, overclocking, or non-standard operation
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
- If your item becomes defective within the warranty period, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@pcscomputers.com.ph or visit our store with the product, its packaging, and the original receipt
- Our team will conduct a warranty inspection to verify the defect -If eligible, the item will be sent to the supplier or manufacturer for repair or replacement
- Processing time may take 7 to 30 business days, depending on the supplier’s evaluation and part availability

- Replacement or repair approval will depend on the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase for defective or incorrect items received
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase
- Items will be subject to inspection before approval for exchange or replacement
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or used
