3. Desktop Build Quotation Requests
Quotation requests are stored in our website’s administration system and emailed to our designated PCS sales accounts. A receipt confirmation is also sent to the email address you provide.
Our team reviews the selected components, compatibility, stock availability, and pricing before issuing a final quotation.
Prices displayed in the PC Builder are estimates until confirmed by PCS Computers. Our final quotation is valid for seven (7) calendar days from its issue date. Stock availability remains subject to confirmation.
Submitting a quotation request does not reserve stock or create an approved order.
4. Who May Receive Your Information
Your information may be accessed by authorized PCS personnel and service providers involved in operating our website or fulfilling your request.
Depending on the service, these may include:

6. How Long We Keep Information
Quotation requests that do not result in a purchase, together with related emails, are retained for up to one (1) month after the last inquiry, then deleted unless needed for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation.
The seven-day quotation validity period concerns pricing and is separate from this one-month record-retention period.
Purchase, accounting, and warranty records are retained for the periods necessary to fulfil transactions, provide after-sales assistance, meet applicable legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
Backup copies
Website backups are created through UpdraftPlus and stored in Google Drive. Scheduled backups run weekly, with two scheduled copies retained.
Deleted information may remain in an existing backup until that backup is removed. Manual website backups are deleted within one month of creation unless needed for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation.
Backups are used for website recovery. If a backup is restored, previously completed deletion requests will be reapplied to the restored records.

We aim to protect personal information through appropriate organizational and technical safeguards and access limited to authorized purposes.
No website, email service, or electronic storage system can guarantee complete security.
